The hostel provided great amenities for a backpacking experience, such as slippers, good showers, and air-conditioned rooms. the location was also convenient for sightseeing, with easy access to tuktuks and taxis just a 2-minute walk away. the canalside walk also offered great street food options.
The lack of clear indications on how to reach the hostel. this was easily mitigated by asking for directions from neighboring hotels.

I had a wonderful experience at Lobsuek Hostel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and were always friendly and helpful. The rooftop area provided a beautiful view of the city, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The cleanliness of the hostel, comfortable beds, and free ice cream made my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the convenient location near Khao San Road and the well-lit alley leading to the hostel. I highly recommend Lobsuek Hostel for solo travelers looking for a safe and welcoming place to stay in Bangkok.

My partner and I stayed at Lobsuek Hostel for 3 nights during our sightseeing trip in Bangkok. The hostel was new and well-maintained, with clean and modern rooms. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always available at the reception. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from nice restaurants and attractions like the golden mountain and Muay Thai arena. We loved the peaceful canal-side setting and enjoyed relaxing on the lovely terrace. The free tea, coffee, toast, and ice cream were also a nice touch. If you want a taste of Bangkok's old town with a modern twist, I highly recommend this place!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Lobsuek Hostel is one of the best hostels I've stayed at in all my travels. The hostel is impeccably cleaned and beautifully presented in an industrial style. The bed linen and towels are new and bright white. The showers and toilets are fresh and lovely, equipped with shampoo and soap. The lockers in the dorm are massive and can fit both a roller suitcase and large backpack, with room to spare. The dorm beds are incredibly comfortable, like little cubby holes with very little light pollution. The air conditioning is brilliant, keeping the rooms cool even in the heat of summer. The staff are super friendly and the wifi is good. They can also help organize tours and provide information on buses and trains.
Felt that it is secure, no complaints.

The location is perfect, nestled in a peaceful area next to a charming canal with lovely restaurants. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The rooms are spacious, bright, and well-designed, offering a comfortable and private stay. The bathrooms are spotless and never overcrowded. The hostel provides free delicious breakfast with pancakes, toasts, and cookies, and even offers complimentary ice cream in the common room. Additionally, the rooftop area is a great place to relax and enjoy the neighborhood view.
The social atmosphere could be improved as it seemed less vibrant due to the reopening and limited number of guests.

The location of the hostel is perfect, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. It is also conveniently situated near popular tourist attractions such as the golden mountain and the Muay Thai arena. The hostel is well-maintained and clean, with modern facilities and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile. Additionally, each bed in the six-person room has a spacious locker for storage, ensuring a safe and convenient stay.
Getting to the hostel may be a bit challenging, as it is located in an alley along a narrow lane by the canal. Cab drivers may not be able to reach the hostel, so it is important to be prepared for a short walk with luggage.

The modern and bright rooms were extremely clean with a great bathroom. I loved waking up to the lovely view from the panoramic window. The owners clearly put a lot of care into the rooms and their upkeep. The staff were kind and helpful, providing great advice on using the canal ferries to explore the city. The terrace and hall downstairs were perfect places to relax and chat with other guests. I highly recommend this hostel.
The location of the hostel was a bit difficult to find and not easily accessible by car. Also, there was no room service during my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Lobsuek Hostel. The room was modern and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The location was quiet and perfect for a good night's rest, and it was also close to Khao San Road. The staff, despite their limited English skills, were incredibly friendly and helpful. One of my friends even left her wallet in the room, and they returned it to us exactly as they found it. I highly recommend this hotel.
